Abstract

In this paper we propose a functional architecture of billing system for Over the Top services. Since OTT services are very diverse provided over different access technologies, on different user devices, legacy billing systems designed for support of unique services in closed provider networks are no longer suitable for new OTT environment. So we propose more flexible approach in building billing systems.
