Abstract

In todays digital era, enormous amounts of data from various sources are generated daily. This data, also known as big data, is too complex to be managed using traditional data management systems. As a result, many technologies capable of handling big and complex data have emerged in the industry. One of them is Google Cloud’s BigQuery. Designed to overcome the problem of traditional databases, the BigQuery platform offers storage and analysis of big data, while providing high scalability and reliability. We will be using BigQuery to gain insights into the content ratings of an OTT (Over-The-Top) TV platform.
